Pete created The CDX Method to share the insights gained from a career as the “go to” person for starting new businesses and fixing existing ones. He held leadership roles in Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Research, Engineering, Sales, and Human Resources across diverse markets, where he successfully implemented Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, Work-Out, and various other execution methodologies.
