Pete is obsessed with business execution; he delights in helping organizations surpass commitments. Pete created The CDX Method® to codify the experience he gained from a career as the “go to” person starting up new businesses and fixing existing businesses.
Through leadership positions in Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Research, Engineering, Sales and Human Resources, across a wide variety of markets, Pete implemented Six Sigma, Lean, Agility, Work Out and many other execution methodologies. While each, in their own way, create value, they lack cohesion and often compete for that most scarce resource – leadership attention.
Frustrated with with this piecemeal approach, Pete developed a universal system for execution, one that is readily understood and integrated into an organization’s cultural DNA.
